Before I start to express my reasoning behind why I believe Edgar belongs in the Baseball Hall of Fame, let me express that I am only a dedicated Mariners fan. I do not have any formal training in baseball as an analyst. Subsequently, the following posts are my personal opinions and criticism of them is welcome and encouraged.
With that being said, why am I writing this blog? There are plenty of articles and resources out there on why or why not Edgar should make the Hall. However, it is my belief that the more we talk about his candidacy and the more the public has a chance to hear about it, the greater chance Edgar will have. This blog is just another tool for gaining momentum in Edgar's road to Cooperstown.
